Supplements
All supplements are made to order and customized for each individual. For this reason, all supplement purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on supplements once an order has been placed.

Memberships
All membership fees are non-refundable. Once a membership payment has been processed, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial use, unused time, or early cancellation.

Consultations
Consultation appointments require advance scheduling and dedicated time. Consultation fees are non-refundable if cancelled within seven (7) days of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days in advance may be eligible for rescheduling at our discretion. Missed appointments and late cancellations will not be refunded.

Digital Products and Downloadable Content
All sales of digital products, downloadable documents, courses, or educational materials are final. Once content has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded, no refunds will be issued.

Educational Content and Services
No refunds are provided for accessed or consumed content, including videos, recordings, written materials, or other educational resources, regardless of completion level.

Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this refund policy and understand that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for non-refundable items is a violation of these terms.

Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted except where required by law.
